  • Your documents are never used to improve our models, and we put that in writing. Nanonets’ terms grant them rights over data derived from your documents, expressly including improving and marketing their own products, with no platform-wide opt-out.
  • One credit covers a whole document up to 25 pages. Their extraction block bills per PAGE, and it is one of several blocks a real workflow uses.
  • A published price you can total up before signing up, rather than an estimate of "under $2 per invoice".

Three vendor pages do not agree on where data actually sits: the security policy says flatly that all customer data is stored in the USA, the privacy policy says servers are in the US, EU and India, and the pricing page sells US/EU/APAC residency (see notes). A strict no-training commitment DOES exist but is scoped only to Google user data pulled via Google Workspace APIs (privacy policy s17). The privacy policy does add two narrow non-Google promises - it will not use "the contents of documents you process in the Services" for marketing communications, nor share them with business partners - but neither is a no-training commitment. Retention: Nanonets may keep Customer Data for up to 30 days after an Order terminates; no retention period for documents during an active account is published (the "as long as you have an account" language in privacy policy s8 governs personal information, not uploaded documents). What this page does not claim

We have never run a document through Nanonets, so there is no accuracy comparison here and no chart showing us winning. Our own figures are measured and reproducible — the method is on the benchmark, including the cases where our default engine gets things wrong. Nanonets's figures are theirs, quoted from their documentation with the date we read it.

Most comparison pages of this kind include an accuracy table. Ours cannot, honestly, so it does not.
