Built by a company that reads its own invoices

VisionParse turns documents into text and structured data — and publishes measured numbers instead of adjectives.

Who we are

VisionParse is a product of Senithu Software Solutions, a software company based in Kotugoda, Sri Lanka, founded by an engineer with two decades in enterprise IT — the years spent on the other side of this exact problem: purchase orders, delivery notes and supplier invoices arriving as paper and PDF, and somebody having to type them in.

That background shaped the product’s one rule: numbers over adjectives. Every accuracy figure on this site comes from a dated, reproducible measurement — and where a format has not been measured yet, its tool page does not ship. The benchmark publishes the method, the failures, and the results we are not yet willing to stand behind, in the same table as the ones we are.

The same habit applies to the rest of the site. The security page lists what we have not built alongside what we have. Extraction results carry their own arithmetic checks, and the model flags the fields it is unsure of instead of presenting every guess with equal confidence. We would rather lose a customer to honesty than keep one on a claim we cannot reproduce.
